Our sales agent went out of her way to provide my husband and I with top-notch service. We went to another dealership to purchase a car that would accommodate my husband's wheel chair and fit in the trunk. The salesperson seemed bothered with us so we left. When we came to your dealership, right a way we felt welcomed. You sales agent listened to what we had to say and what we wanted. She said she had a yellow Challenger that was at a car show. She explained the features of the car and met our needs. We purchased the car sight unseen on her word. We will be back to purchase a minivan within six months, again it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I just want to start by saying that I love my new 2010 Caliber.

 

I have been coming to you dealership for three years because the dealership where I purchased my first Caliber closed.

 

Your staff is exceptional from Ron Blake who sold both, my husband and me vehicles, always finds time to say hello when I bring my car in for service.

Jean Gilbert the Finance Manager who I met for the first time when he assisted me with the financing my 2010 Caliber was polite and made me feel at ease.

The Service Advisor Rich Warren has always treated me like I am his only and best customer. He always get me in and out as quick as possible and I trust what he has to say to me when it come to maintenance on my car.

 

You should be very proud that you have quality employees that make you feel like you are the only customer.
